  • What is Motivational Interviewing?
  • How MI can benefit throughout a career
  • How to use open-ended questions, affirmations, reflections, summaries
  • Discuss change talk / DARN - Desire, Ability, Reason, Need Responding to change talk (EARS)
  • What is Evocative Open Questions (DARC)
  • Goals and Values when working with youth
