One in five children will experience some kind of clinical anxiety by the time they hit adolescence. The Pandemic continues to challenge both parents and kids' anxiety systems at this time. This talk will give you takeaways to add to your anxiety reduction toolkit including information on how anxiety works, how parents can spot it and how to know when it's time to get help.
