About the Event
This monthly meeting is an opportunity for graduates of Mountain Youth's family skills building and parenting classes to connect with other parents and caregivers, and have a guided conversation on topics such as healthy communication, boundaries, discipline, and more!
Stress from the holiday season can be overwhelming sometimes, which is why December's meeting will focus on healthy coping mechanisms.
